Helloooo everyone and welcome to SWEAT SZN SCOOP, our first ever blog!!

Firstly thank you so much if you are reading this, if you're a customer and have purchased before thank you thank you and if you've been to one of our events thank you thank you thank you! We are so excited to build our SWEAT SZN Community with you all. If you don't know already, we are sisters, Amy and Faye, we are the founders of SWEAT SZN and we are advocating body positivity and self-love for everybody. We aim to spread positivity with the introduction of the WALK AND TALK movement and SWEAT SZN SESSIONS so that our people can stay active, connect and chat with like-minded individuals, while sharing your love for fitness and wellness with others.

Happy First Monday of February...how is it February already?!!!

We're kind of happy that January is over though tbh. There are a lot of pressures to be a 'new you' or implement huge changes to your lifestyle that you may not be ready to do... so whatever you did in January well done you! It can be such a tough month to crack so we all deserve a little treat (we've got one for you so read on...) for getting through it! 

We've done quite a lot 'first ever's' so far this year that we're pretty proud of so thought we would do a little round up...

1. Launched our first ever giveaway for all of our lovely customers/followers.

2. Held our first ever SWEAT SZN SESSIONS event at Shoreditch House, which consisted of a HIIT workout by the amazing Ciara London, a showcase of our new SPORT collection, DJ Goldie Quaker provided the audio backdrop, post-workout protein shakes by Hermosa and goody bags!

3. Launched our first ever SPORT collection, comprising of co-ordinating leggings, crop tops, sweats and accessories.

4. Launched our first ever BLOG!! 

We also held our first WALK AND TALK of 2024 yesterday. We met at District coffee shop for drinks then set off to Battersea Park to get our steps in and mingle with lots of new gals, and potential new friends. Our next event is this Sunday (the 11th) in collaboration with 180 House (Soho House) and we can't wait...we will be getting our steps in then having a Galentine's brunch!
